LeadsCruise is committed to providing a seamless experience for its users and has a fair refund policy in place. Under this policy:
* Refunds are available only for new subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of subscription activation. Refund requests made after this period will not be entertained.
* Refunds will not be issued if the user has already extracted or used leads during the subscription period.
* Refunds will not be granted if the subscription was voluntarily canceled after usage or if the user has violated LeadsCruise’s terms of service, including unauthorized data extraction, resale, or bypassing subscription-based activities.
* To request a refund, users must email support@leadscruise.com with their registered email, transaction ID, and a brief reason for the refund request. The LeadsCruise team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. LeadsCruise is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
* Subscription cancellations can be made anytime, but they do not qualify for refunds beyond the 7-day refund period. Once canceled, the subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
* If a refund has not been received within the expected timeframe, users should check with their bank, credit card provider, or contact support@leadscruise.com for further assistance.

Purchasing Multiple subscription for only one leads provider account is a self declared act, No refunds or renumerations will be provided for the transactions made to this act.

User can change the plan status from current plan to any selected plan, However they are only allowed to downgrade for free. If at all the user have to upgrade to the plan all and Whole fees is payable.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Focus Engineering Products is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. The change of account connection with the current subscription is allowed only once. We understand the things might go wrong once in a while so we also provide the support to change the linked account withing the 28 days of subscription.

yes we do not provide an access for our users to opt out of LeadsCruise but unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any ammount of money from the fees paid to our services.

LeadsCruise is not a pheriperal/partnered/accociated to any of the Leads provider of the user, any ill occurences that occur during the use of our software is purely unaddresseable by LeadsCruise.com

As mentioned in the Terms and conditions of LeadsCruise.com any violations in the rules and regulations may lead to suspension of the subscription, all the tasks carried out in LeadsCruise is purely intended by the user itself LeadsCruise is not responsible for any losses occured during this period.
